I simply chose full screen view in Windows Media Player, then hit the Print Screen button on the keyboard. Then I went into Word and chose Paste. It's a good way of copying anything on your screen. Then I cut out the bit of the picture I wanted and pasted it into Paint, and saved it as a JPEG.
