You got manatee!

I was subtitling an American reality show called Switched today, when I was pleasantly surprised to see what appears to be a manatee-shaped mailbox outside one of the participant's houses.




Also, one of my colleagues sent me an e-mail just to tell me that it had dawned on him the other day that I look like Andy Warhol. 'What a cool person to look like,' he wrote. I think it is quite cool, especially since Andy Warhol was good mates with Nick Rhodes and had a thin face (I'm often concerned about having a fat face). He attached this picture:

No, I didn't go to Elektrofest this year, although I went last year. Last year's was a bit of a debacle as they had to move venues from Koko to Slimelight, and they cancelled half the bands they had booked. I didn't think I'd enjoy any of the bands this year except for the Modern, so I didn't bother.
