I got some jolly exciting socks the other day! A pack of 3 pairs for £3, one neon yellow with neon pink polka dots, one neon pink with neon yellow polka dots, and one neon pink with neon yellow and neon orange polka dots. You can't get much more exciting than that. 100% man-made fibres, obviously.
In other news...nothing much. Except confirmation here that fabulous suave matinee idol James Mason was as disappointed by Mid Devon as I was. How we laughed as Tea Hen read the article out from the paper copy she had bought, especially at the bit about the cider.
I have extended my tentacles all over the interweb in the search for a flatshare in London town, with a few friends of friends getting back to me. Sadly most of them need someone to move in pretty sharpish, and I can't be in London till May. But hopefully something will come up nearer to the time.
Also today I saw a rabbit really close up from the car, like a car door's width away, on Marsh Barton industrial estate. He sat quite happily while the engine was idling as we gawped at him, but as soon as I turned the engine off he scampered away.
