I went shopping in Wood Green yesterday and bought some new Converse boots, they're black with lime green laces and blue and green pinstripes. I also bought a white 80's-style t-shirt with a zebra's face on, for only £5. I am pleased as I was desperate for new clothes and shoes, my winter wardrobe having largely fallen apart.

Today I'm off to a barbecue at beNcooKe's flat in Stratford. It's his flatmate's birthday and apparently there will be cake and party games with a pirate theme.
