Sarah's quest to sell her flat in Wood Green continues, but there was a turn-up for the book yesterday when a researcher from the BBC saw her ad on the net and phoned her, asking her if she wanted to take part in a pilot for a putative new property show (yeah, another one!) about people who are selling their houses privately as opposed to using an agent.
She said yes - why miss an opportunity to air your grievances to the nation, and get a free consultation with a property expert? - and today we learnt that a camera crew is to come to her flat tomorrow. We don't know for sure whether she will end up on the idiot's lantern as it's only a pilot, but it would be fun if she did! I might pop round tomorrow as I would like to see what goes on and hopefully get to touch the fluffy thing on the end of the boom mic.
We still hope to make it to the Vapour Trail, but we might miss our mates' band The Firm, as they're supposed to be on at 9. I've once more forgotten to print out any flyers >_< .
